Just wanted to let you know that your last show was great. I listened to it at work yesterday as it was a mellow day at the fire station.
You guys did a great job interviewing Randy. He has a great view on life and his honesty with answers to your questions was appreciated.
I can recall my worst trip on shrooms. We watched the movie the “The Day After”. not something I would recommend. A fun time was at Reggae on the River 1990. FYI: both occasions were a very long time ago!
A question for Mark? As you didn’t drink or eat junk food for the month of August did you get more exercising in or lose any weight.
